Cup noodle "Ichiran Tonkotsu" is now available from Ichiran! This is the first item in Ichiran history. I found this product that I was interested in at the supermarket, so I actually bought it and tried it. The purchase price is 490 yen (tax included).

Ichiran Tonkotsu

Ingredients are not included because we want you to enjoy the taste of ramen purely, and the taste of noodles, soup, and red secret sauce is tailored so that you can just face it. It is a special "no ingredient" cup noodle. Uses custom-made non-fried noodles. The thickness of the noodles, the composition of the wheat, and the rate of water addition have been fine-tuned in order to express Ichiran's special raw noodles, which are straight and thin and entwined well with the soup, and also have the flavor of wheat.



In addition, the soup is made so that the peculiar odor can be suppressed while bringing out the umami of tonkotsu. By combining two types, powder and liquid, you can enjoy a deep flavor and a smooth mouthfeel. Utilizing Ichiran's "red secret sauce" technology, it comes with a specially formulated seasoning based on chili peppers.

Tasting

The finished cup noodles are ... after all, they look a little lonely! I've felt it since I was making soup, but it smells like wheat.


The soup is rich and has a nice aroma! The taste of the red secret sauce spreads, and the deep seasoning makes you want to drink it. It's moderately creamy and has no odor, and although it still has a certain amount of "cup noodle-likeness", the reproducibility is quite good.


When it comes to noodles, it also feels like an instant "in the first place", but the finish is thin and easy to swallow. It has a slight elasticity and the soup is often entwined. I can't say "it's completely the taste of the shop!", But I think it's delicious for cup noodles.

Is it worth about 500 yen?

I think both soup and noodles are delicious among cup noodles. Especially the soup is rich, so it seems good to add white rice at the end. However, this is still expensive for 500 yen ...! Is there a repeat if it's about 300 yen? I think. However, I'm glad that Ichiran's taste can be easily enjoyed at home at this time when it is difficult to go to the store. It's a good source of talk, and is it worth a try?
