"Tancho" made by Toraya Yam

It was announced on the official website that Toraya will sell "Tancho" made by Yabu. It will be available at some stores on September 15th. The selling price is 1,080 yen (tax included) per box.

At Toraya, special order items will be sold over-the-counter on the 15th of every month at the Akasaka store and some directly managed stores. Usually made after making a reservation. On September 15th, a limited number of "Tancho" made by Yabu will be prepared.

According to Toraya, the crane is said to live in the immortal land of Horaiyama, and is said to be an auspicious occasion to decorate the sunny stage. In addition, the way it flies in the sky is beautiful and gives off a charm suitable for Mizutori. The confectionery "Tancho" expresses the elegant appearance of the Tancho crane. You can enjoy the fineness and flavor of the buns made with Tsukune potatoes.

Two types of red and white are put in the dressing box, and the content of each is NET 50g (1.76oz). The white skin contains red bean paste, and the red skin contains Ogura bean paste.
