Hotto Motto will sell three types of Tsukune bento, "Tsukimi Yakitori Tsukune Don", "Tsukimi Negi Miso Katsudon", and "Teritama Hamburger Bento". Available from September 16th.

Tsukimi Yakitori Tsukune Don

Yakitori is a chicken thigh that is grilled with high-temperature Bincho charcoal to give it a slight browning, and the flavor is trapped in the meat. The savory yakitori and minced chicken are kneaded with cartilage to create a crunchy texture, and the long onions are entwined with salty sauce and served on rice sprinkled with chopped seaweed. The thick hot balls enhance the deliciousness of the sweet and spicy yakitori and meatballs. The price is 540 yen (tax included).

Tsukimi green onion miso katsudon

Served pork cutlet on rice, sprinkled with a generous amount of special miso sauce, and sprinkled with small onions to finish. Miso sauce with bonito broth and oyster sauce has a rich and spicy taste of doubanjiang. When eaten with hot balls, it has a mellow taste. The price is 590 yen (tax included).

Teritama hamburger lunch

A juicy hamburger steak with teriyaki sauce and a fried egg. The sweet and spicy teriyaki sauce is rich but black pepper is added to give it a refreshing aftertaste. The price is 590 yen (tax included).
