From the summit store, "Autumn scented roasted saury seafood rose chirashizushi (yuzu vinegared rice)" has appeared as a chirashizushi menu. It will be available for a limited time until around October. The selling price is 753.84 yen (tax included, displayed to the second decimal place).

A dish tailored to enjoy the taste of autumn, saury. "Salmon roe", "Maguro", "Salmon", "Grilled harass", "Sushi shrimp" A total of 10 kinds of ingredients such as "Kazunoko Barako", "Tamagoyaki" and "Shrimp" are included.

It is finished so that each taste overflows in the mouth. Considering the type and balance of vinegared rice and ingredients, it has been prototyped many times, and it has been launched as a menu that took half a year to complete.
