How to make
Finely chop the onion. Put olive oil and grated garlic in a pan, heat over low heat until it smells, add onions and fry until slightly colored.Add the minced meat and fry until the color changes, then add black pepper, chili powder and salt and fry further.
Add mixed beans and fry for 2-3 minutes, add water, canned tomatoes, consomme and bay leaf, and simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and complete!
