It was announced on the official website that the small yokan "Ispahan", a collaboration between Toraya and Pierre Hermé Paris, will appear in 2021 as well. From September 1st, it will be available at each store. A package of 5 is available, and the selling price is 1,998 yen (tax included).

This item was sold exclusively in the fall of 2020 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of "Toraya Paris". As we approach October 6, the opening date of the Toraya Paris store in 2021, some stores in Japan will handle it again in a limited quantity. It will end as soon as the planned number is reached.

The flavor of "Ispahan", which is used in chocolate as one of the representative flavors of Pierre Hermé Paris, is utilized in yokan. At first, the sweet and sour Franboise smells faintly, and as you continue to eat, the gorgeous lychee flavor spreads, and finally the elegant rose scent rises.
