Soft yokan "Yururuka" is a softer dish than Toraya's water yokan. It will be available at directly managed stores and some department stores from September 7, 2021 to the end of March 2022. There are two types, "Gozen" and "Matcha", and the selling price is 378 yen per piece (tax included, same below), 2,484 yen for 6 pieces, and 3,726 yen for 9 pieces.

According to Toraya, the word "Yuruka" in the name is also found in "Genji Monogatari" and has the same meaning as "Yuruka". Simple raw materials are used, and it is characterized by a yokan-like taste with a moderately soft texture and a firm bean paste flavor. It is registered in the "Universal Design Food", a food standard that takes into consideration the ease of eating, and is said to be enjoyable by everyone from the elderly to children.

Autumn package small yokan

"Autumn Package Small Yokan" is a package of three popular types of yokan, with chrysanthemums, maple leaves, and ginkgo trees in a calm autumn background. It is available from September 1st to the end of September, and the selling price is 292 yen per bottle.

Ogura yokan "Yoru no Ume" is chrysanthemum, brown sugar yokan "Omokage" is Icho, and matcha yokan "Fresh green" is a maple pattern. Please note that some stores may not be available.

Anyaki

"Anyaki" is a sweet with a mellow taste that is baked by mixing egg yolk and calf powder with bean paste. You can enjoy the taste of bean paste and the chewy texture. Three flavors are available and will be available from early September 2021 to early April 2022. The selling price is 238 yen each.

"Shiro An" is finished in a mellow taste with the taste of Shiro An and the gentle egg flavor. "Black sesame" is a combination of kneaded sesame and white sesame. Characterized by the fragrant black sesame scent. "Matcha" is characterized by the use of deep matcha that has a harmony of bitterness, astringency, and umami. Seasonal yokan "Chrysanthemum"

The seasonal yokan "Chrysanthemum" is a dish that celebrates longevity with vibrant shades of crimson, yellow, and purple. Available from late August to late September, the selling price is 1,944 yen per medium-sized bottle.
