Nagasaki Champon specialty store "Ringer Hut" has established "Mogveji Shokudo" as a new brand message to convey the joy of eating delicious vegetables. "Champon of colorful vegetables" and "Sara udon of colorful vegetables" will be released as the first products that symbolize the new brand message.

The points of menu development are as follows.

We have developed a menu that you can enjoy with all five senses by using plenty of colorful vegetables such as paprika, cherry tomatoes, Japanese mustard spinach, and pumpkin, which were not used in the previous menu.
