Peel bananas and thinly slice the fruit.Place in a storage container or bag and freeze in the freezer.
Once the bananas are frozen, remove and stir in a food processor or blender along with 1 tablespoon of milk.
When soft and smooth, put it back in the freezer in the storage container. If you don't have time, you can eat it as is! (It is a little soft)
