Kappa Sushi tuna is always stored at an ultra-low temperature of -50 degrees or less to keep it fresh. The tuna fatty tuna is carefully cut and served one by one at the store. For the sushi rice, we use "Haenuki", a brand rice produced in Yamagata prefecture, where Kappa Sushi is seriously pursuing "delicious!"
