In this renewal, we have newly adopted a soft and juicy Angus variety with a proper balance of lean meat and sashimi. Raw vegetables will also be powered up to "colored raw vegetables". Seven kinds of vegetables that are bright to the eye using yellow paprika, red paprika, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, cabbage, and purple cabbage enhance the taste of meat.
