Fujiya's Lemon Squash is a squeezed type dish containing restaurant-specific juice and pulp, which has been on sale from 1975 to 2021. The feature is that you can enjoy the exhilarating feeling of popping.

In addition to the usual flavors, variations such as "salt lemon squash" are available, but this time the lemonade squash is prepared as a rich-tasting beverage that uses 10% Sicilian lemon, with particular attention to the ingredients.


Lemon puree is used to express a deep taste that seems to be squeezed by hand. It is characterized by its handmade feel.
