At Toraya, special order items will be sold over-the-counter on the 15th of every month at the Akasaka store and some directly managed stores. On August 15th, the water yokan "Silk / Deep Purple" will be handled. It is usually made after making a reservation 5 days in advance, but you can purchase it without a reservation on this day.

The flavor of azuki beans is utilized, and kudzu is added to make it feel good on the tongue, and it is cut into pieces of your choice and poured into a bowl so that you can enjoy it. Tailoring that can be enjoyed as it is or cooled. It is said that you can enjoy the soft and smooth texture and freshness because it is prepared freshly made.
