A limited-time menu "Mabo Eggplant Zhajiangmian" will be available for the Gyoza no Ohsho. It will be available for a limited time from August 1st to 31st.

Gyoza no Ohsho "Mao Eggplant with Soy Noodles"

A dish that is entwined with seasonal eggplant and chewy thick noodles with plenty of special mapo tofu from the refreshing flavor of Chinese pepper oil. Hokkaido flour is used for the noodles. It is said that you can take it home in a microwave oven-compatible container and enjoy the taste of the store hot.

The selling price is 750 yen (tax included, same below). Also, "Fair Set A" with 3 dumplings and almond tofu on Mao Eggplant Zhajiangmian is 970 yen. "Fairset B" with Mao Eggplant Zhajiangmian noodles, 3 dumplings, rice (small) and soup is 990 yen. You can add 3 dumplings for an additional charge of 110 yen for each fair set.

In addition to this, the dumplings of each fair set can be changed to "garlic dumplings". There is an additional charge of 33 yen in western Japan and 22 yen in eastern Japan. Not applicable to stores in Hokkaido.

As a general rule, Mao Eggplant Zhajiangmian is handled by "Gyoza no Ohsho" and "GYOZA OHSHO" nationwide, but some stores are excluded.
