Ingredients
1 can of mackerel simmered in water1/8 onion
2 green peppers
A dash of melted cheese
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cm garlic tube
2 teaspoons potato starch
Salad oil to taste
Directions
Wash bell pepper, cut in half lengthwise, and remove the stem and seeds. Finely chop onion.Break up the mackerel meat into small pieces with chopsticks and mix with onion, potato starch and garlic to make the seeds.
Fill the bell pepper with (2).
