"Kisu meat" is stir-fried pork, onions, wood ear, and garlic chives with two eggs. Seasoned with a sauce that is based on soy sauce and blended with spices such as doubanjiang and star anise. It is a classic Chinese dish with a fluffy egg that has a lot of umami and a nice texture of wood ear mushrooms as an accent.
