"Milk cheesecake mango" is made from Hokkaido cream cheese and fresh cream, and "coconut fromage mousse" with coconut milk as a secret ingredient. Alfonso mango puree and Hokkaido mascarpone cheese, which are also praised as the king of mango. "Mango fromage mousse", which is a combination of & cream cheese, is layered in two layers and gently wrapped in crepe dough. The top is topped with mango-flavored clam to create a colorful cake. The balance of sweetness and acidity is exquisite, and while you can feel the taste of mango, the flavor of coconut milk gives a refreshing aftertaste.
