A limited-time pasta menu "Scallop Cold Perilla Genovese" will be available from Italian tomatoes. It will be available nationwide from July 8th to September 8th. The selling price is 800 yen (tax included).

Cold scallop genovese

A Japanese-style dish with scallops, seaweed, and roasted sesame in a Genovese sauce made by combining perilla with pine nuts, grated cheese, and olive oil.

Genovese, a classic Italian sauce, is made from "basil", but this time it uses perilla, which is a seasonal ingredient, and is devised to make you feel even more refreshing. It is said that the topping scallops are rich in umami ingredients and can be enjoyed with the elegant rocky shore flavor.

For the noodles, the long pasta "Ring Ezzine", which is slender and has an oval cross section, is used, which is compatible with cold noodles. It is designed to be enjoyed with a refreshing aftertaste during the hot and humid season when appetite tends to decline.
