This time, as the first of the summer "peach fair", three kinds of cakes will be developed where you can enjoy the charm of domestic peaches.

Yamanashi Prefecture Fuefuki "Mt. Fuji Aya" cake

The cake of "Mt. Fuji no Irodori" from Fuefuki, Yamanashi Prefecture is a product using the brand peach "Mt. Fuji no Aya" produced in Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, which is a major peach producing area. The brilliant pink flesh, the mellow aroma and the rich sweetness of the fruit are cut into large pieces and decorated on the base of Fromage Blanc. The selling price is 1,300 yen per piece (tax included, same below).

Okayama Prefecture "Okayama White Peach" Shortcake Parfait

The shortcake parfait of "Okayama Hakuto" from Okayama prefecture is a limited menu at the Ikebukuro store. Sweet and fresh peaches are combined with fluffy sponge, cherry cream and cheese ice cream. A dish only for this season, in which one whole peach is used. The selling price is 2,200 yen.
