"Whole Peach Compote ~ Melba Style ~" is a dessert with a jolly pasta style of elegant British-born dolce "Peach Melba" with vanilla ice cream topped with peach compote and raspberry sauce. A cute peach compote with a round appearance is floating on top of the glittering peach-flavored jelly. In the peach compote, there are plenty of sweet and sour jam of peach and raspberry, and fluffy and palatable whipped cream. It goes well with the moderately sweet vanilla gelato and the sweet and sour berry sauce that comes with it.
