Cool and refreshing summer sweets will be available from July 16th at Colombin shops and salons. The lineup includes "Melon Soda Jelly" with its bright green color, "Muscat Jelly" that contains the fruits of Shine Muscat as it is, and "Natsudaidai Jelly and Rare Cheese" that combines summer orange jelly and rare cheese cake into one sweet.

Melon soda jelly

"Melon soda", which is familiar in coffee shops, is now available as a summer sweet. On top of the carbonated melon soda jelly with a squishy texture, brulee that looks like ice cream is served in a circle, and cherries, melons, and fresh cream are placed on top. The price is 648 yen (tax included, same below).

Muscat jelly

Summer sweets featuring Shine Muscat in season. A refreshing yogurt mousse and cheese sable are combined on top of a muscat jelly containing two mellow and juicy Shine Muscats. The price is 702 yen.

Summer orange jelly and rare cheese

Summer sweets with three layers of yogurt mousse, rare cheese with summer orange flavor, and summer orange jelly. The refreshing acidity of yogurt mousse and summer oranges is a seasonal dish that blows away the heat of summer. The price is 540 yen.
