20 g butter or margarine
1.5 tablespoons sugar
Directions
Separate the ears from the bread.You can cook it as is, but if you want to make it easier to eat, cut the ears into more bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter (or margarine) in a frying pan, add the bread ears and fry until brown.
When crispy, add the sugar and stir to dissolve.
Once the sugar has dissolved and hardened, place in a bowl and remove from heat!
