Saizeriya "Purgatory Eggs

Purgatory Eggs" is an Italian home-style dish. Purgatory" is the place between heaven and hell in Catholic teaching. It is said that the soul is purified by fire before entering heaven. The name of the dish is said to come from the simmering tomato sauce, which is likened to purgatory. It has nothing to do with demons or breathing...or does it?
