As the name suggests, "Puru Parfait Taiwan Castella" is a parfait made from HB style KIYOKEN Taiwan Castella. In addition, HB style KIYOKEN's popular fruit sauce and espuma are placed on it, and edible flowers (edible flowers) are displayed, making it a lovely item to look at.
