Matcha cream roll cake that can be enjoyed by those who are concerned about sugar. A softly baked low-sugar matcha sponge made from freshly-cooked eggs, wrapped with flavorful low-sugar matcha cream and low-sugar matcha custard. Uji matcha is used, and it has a rich taste while suppressing sugar.

The amount of sugar per egg is 9.7g (0.25oz) (excluding erythritol), and the amount of sugar is reduced by 50% compared to the company's "Fluffy thick-sliced roll of freshly squeezed eggs (1 piece)". By replacing part of the sugar with dietary fiber and sugar that is difficult to absorb, and part of the flour with dietary fiber, the sugar is suppressed.
