The first midsummer parfait will be held from July 1st to July 31st at the Shiseido Parlor Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe. In addition to four kinds of fruit parfaits that are particular about the season, chocolate mint Hachette dessert is also available.

"Blueberry" parfait from Ibi-gun, Gifu Prefecture

A parfait that uses large blueberries with a condensed taste in a tiny texture. You can enjoy the sweet and sour taste of blueberries and the mariage of milk ice cream. The price is 2,300 yen (tax included, same below).

Parfait of "Arakawa no Momo" from Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture

A parfait using the Wakayama brand peach "Arakawa no Momo". The flesh that has been fully ripened on the tree to the last minute is soft, has a moderate acidity in the sweetness, and the rich juice spreads throughout the mouth. The price is 2,500 yen.

Parfait of "Apple Mango" from Iriomote Island, Okinawa Prefecture

A parfait made from "apple mango" that has been carefully grown in the sun in the warm climate of Okinawa. The flesh is soft and melty, and is characterized by a rich taste. The price is 2,800 yen.

Strawberry parfait from Shinshuhata Kobo "Koihime" from Nagano Prefecture

A parfait using the summer strawberry "Koihime" from the Shiseido Parlor house. You can enjoy the sweet and sour taste of the red jewel "Koihime" that has grown in the blessings of the sun, with clean water and air. The price is 2,100 yen.

"Blueberry" ice cream soda from Ibi-gun, Gifu Prefecture

A supreme cup of syrup made with large blueberries and floated with traditional vanilla ice cream. The price is 1,150 yen.

Collaboration of mousse chocolate and mint

A dessert that combines chocolate and refreshing mint sorbet. Hidden chocolate flowers are hidden above the mousse chocolate mint, and you can enjoy it with a warm sauce. The price is 2,200 yen with a drink.

Ice cream soda "Ultimune"

A new type of ice cream soda with acerola fruits and heart-shaped strawberries. Marble ice cream of milk and strawberry is floating in the gradation woven with granita, jelly and soda based on acerola. The price is 1,300 yen. The deployment period is from July 1st to August 31st.
