The "Texas BBQ Fair" will be held from July 1st as the third American fair at Big Boy and Victoria Station. Scheduled to end sales in mid-August.

The barbecue, which is said to have originated in Texas, is arranged in a big boy style. At this fair, you can enjoy the "sweet and hot" harmony of sweet "BBQ sauce" and spicy "Chipotle Mayo sauce" with hamburger steak and direct-fired chicken.


Big Boy's original BBQ sauce is rich with brown sugar from Iriomote Island, including ketchup and mustard, and soy sauce is used as a secret ingredient to match the rice. Chipotle Mayo Sauce is characterized by the spiciness of smoked jalapeno powder and the smoky flavor with a faint sweet scent, which is widely known in the United States.
