"Hydrangea pudding" is a colorful pudding with the image of Kamakura's tradition "hydrangea" on a pudding with a smooth texture using carefully selected domestic eggs and natural vanilla beans, including local "Shonan milk". A pudding topped with fresh jelly. The light blue jelly has a tropical blue lychee, and the blue-purple jelly has a fruity purple melon flavor, which is characterized by a refreshing sweetness and a plump texture. It goes well with pudding. It is a jelly that you can enjoy both the colorful and beautiful appearance and the various flavors of jelly and pudding.

Big Buddha's pudding

Opened along Wakamiya Oji, which connects to the front of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu. We use local ingredients such as those from Kanagawa prefecture and Shonan, and provide pudding that simply enhances the taste of the ingredients without using chemical seasonings, preservatives or additives. Craftsmen carefully handcraft each one at the workshop attached to the store.
