It is said that you can enjoy the special black vinegar ponzu soup with refreshing plums and the sweetness of pork in a well-balanced manner. The set of plum-jako rice can be eaten refreshingly with cold shabu-shabu.

"Plum shiso-wrapped chicken cutlet and grated soup stock" is a dish of juicy and soft chicken with plum shiso wrapped in a special grated soup stock. The juicy sweetness of chicken is complemented by plum shiso. In addition, honey is used.
