New drinks "Vinegar Soda-Peach & Lemon-" and "Vinegar Soda-Apple & Shine Muscat-" will be available at Excelsior Cafe. It will be available nationwide from June 24th.

Vinegar soda

Fruits are added to the base using Mizkan's apple cider vinegar, and Wilkinson Tansan, an Asahi soft drink that enjoys a stimulating strong carbonic acid and a sharp taste, is combined, and it is prepared as a beverage for the coming season.

~ Peach & Lemon ~

"Vinegar Soda-Peach & Lemon-" is a combination of a fruity base made by adding domestic white peach juice, plum juice, apple juice, etc. to apple cider vinegar, and Wilkinson Tansan. Lemon sauce is the decisive factor for the taste, and mixed berries are used as the topping. Lemon slices are added. A cup of pink that goes well with white peach juice and lemon sauce and is accented with mixed berries toppings.

~ Apple & Shine Muscat ~

"Vinegar Soda-Apple & Shine Muscat-" is a mellow sour base made by adding apple juice and honey to apple vinegar, and Wilkinson Tansan is added to accentuate the texture of Shine Muscat juice from Nagano prefecture. Juice, seedless grapes and orange slices are placed on the finish. A cool cup of Shine Muscat jelly and carbonated water.
