Retort curry "Extreme Indian Curry Chicken" and "Extreme Indian Curry Beef" will be released from Nakamuraya. It will be sold in limited quantities nationwide from June 12th.
At Nakamuraya, "Pure Indian Curry" was released at a restaurant in 1927 (Showa 2). The two types of retort curry this time have been developed by making the best use of their cooking techniques so that the tastes of pure Indian curry and Bengor curry (beef) offered at Nakamuraya's main store can be reproduced. In addition, it will be handled from June 12, which is "Indian Curry Day of Love and Revolution" established by Nakamuraya to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the release of the "Indian Curry" series.
Extreme Indian Curry Chicken
The ultimate Indian curry chicken is soaked in chicken overnight to give it a soft, umami-enclosed taste. In addition, onions that have been fried in butter until they become light brown to bring out the sweetness are generously used. Furthermore, the vivid aroma of traditional curry powder and whole spices selected by Nakamuraya are harmonized.
Extreme Indian Curry Beef
The ultimate Indian curry beef is soaked in spices and honey overnight and slowly simmered to bring out the beef flavor, deep richness and umami. This is also made from onions that have been fried in butter until they become light brown to bring out the sweetness, and the traditional curry powder and spices selected by Nakamuraya are combined.
All of them will be deployed in supermarkets, convenience stores, online shopping, etc. Both have a content of 210g and an estimated price of 540 yen (tax included).
