"Galette Obourg" is a French confectionery specialty store where you can enjoy butter, which means "baked butter". The first store opened in Ginza, Tokyo in August 2020, and since then there have been three permanent stores in Osaka and Hakata.

Fermented butter from Izny, France is used as the leading butter. In order to bring out the deliciousness of butter, which has a "fresh yet deep taste", from various angles, it is tailored into baked goods with a variety of flavors and textures.
