This collaboration was realized through an online dialogue between Mr. and Mrs. Anne Georg, the creators of Lisa and Gaspard, and Mr. Yu Sugimoto, the chef of Imperial Hotel Tokyo. Three works will be drawn and exhibited based on the original story "Come to Lisa and Gaspard Imperial Hotel!" By Mr. Georg, who is in charge of drawing. In addition, a collaboration menu has been devised by Chef Sugimoto.

"Lisa and Gaspard Afternoon Tea Trip" TABI "PARIS-TOKYO" is an afternoon tea where you can enjoy sweets and dishes born in Paris. It will be prepared at "Imperial Lounge Aqua" on the 17th floor of the main building. Now that you can't travel abroad freely, it means that you want to feel as if you were traveling from Hibiya, Tokyo to Paris. The contents are as follows.

The sweets "Hazelnut Saint Honoré" in the upper row is a confectionery named after it was born at a sweets shop on the Boulevards of Paris. Imagine Lisa and Gaspard walking along the long Rue Saint-Honoré. A stick-shaped pie made from hazelnut pralines, topped with mascarpone and white chocolate cream, and finished with chocolate shaped like Lisa and Gaspard.

The sweet "Canele" in the upper row is also a French confectionery that originated in Bordeaux. A dish named after the well-established patisserie "Stray", which is famous for Canelé, which was close to the Museum of Contemporary Art where Lisa lives and was also the neighborhood of the house where Chef Sugimoto lived when he stayed in France. Champagne is poured into the frozen watermelon, and it is said that it is a refreshing cup suitable for removing the heat. Non-alcoholic tailoring is also available.
