Domestic cherry decoration
Topped with seasonal fruit "domestic cherries". Freeze-dried strawberry cream with strawberry and strawberry (with strawberry powder) are sandwiched with cocoa sponge and coated with mascarpone cream using Hokkaido mascarpone cheese. Strawberry and citrus souffle cheese decoration
The sweet and sour strawberry sauce and the sour orange sauce go well with the refreshing souffle cheese, and you can enjoy two kinds of flavors with one unit. A moist, melt-in-the-mouth souffle cheesecake is coated with whipped cream, topped with two sauces, and decorated with strawberries, blueberries, oranges, and grapefruit. The sale period is until June 30th. The price is 2,100 yen.


Fruit pudding cube decoration
Not only the taste of the decoration cake, but also the volume and fun of the appearance with the pudding that children love and plenty of fruits. Strawberry cream was sandwiched with a moist sponge, and baked pudding made from freshly simmered eggs and colorful fruits were displayed. I'm using honey. The sale period is until June 30th.
