The special chocolate walnut paste, which is made by adding the fragrant Californian walnuts that have been carefully roasted, is wrapped in a moist castella dough with cocoa and baked elegantly. The package designed by Ryohei Yanagihara and depicting the black ship that led Yokohama to the opening of the port has also been redesigned.
