Tully's Coffee Japan will release "Tully's Zips Single Serve Bright Amber", a simple coffee made from Papua New Guinea beans with a new category of shallow roasting "MELLOW" on June 4th. Only in Okinawa will be released on June 8th. The price is 1,200 yen for 8P (excluding tax, the same applies below) and 640 yen for 4P.

When Tully's Coffee conducted a questionnaire to those who purchased coffee-related products last year, "what kind of taste do you like the most?", "Mild and easy to drink," "balanced," and "deep and bitter." Of the two categories, 40% chose "mild and easy to drink." Based on this questionnaire, we have newly established a category "MELLOW" that suppresses bitterness, is easy to drink, and allows you to enjoy rich flavors.

"MELLOW" refers to the category of light roasting. Rather than finishing with a strong acidity, it is roasted so that the coffee can be enjoyed with a rich flavor while suppressing bitterness. It was named because it wants to convey the original sweetness of coffee in this category, meaning the sweetness and ripeness of fruits.

This time, the first product is 100% coffee from Papua New Guinea. Papua New Guinea is attracting attention as a rare production area where high-quality coffee remains, and the person in charge of Tully's Coffee also goes to the site to support production. You can enjoy the peach-like fruitiness and bright and refreshing taste of "Bright Amber" that makes the best use of the gentle acidity and clear aftertaste from Papua New Guinea.
