In addition, the dry citrus depressa is dried at a low temperature to condense the flavor while maintaining the original aroma and taste of the material. Even the ingredients that are abundant in the pericarp are used in their entirety. Although there is a weight limit on beer auxiliary ingredients under the liquor tax law, by using a light weight dry citrus depressa, it was possible to use a citrus depressa equivalent to three times the normal fruit ratio.
