"Ginza Honey Fair" at Matsuya Ginza

The special feature "Ginza Honey Fair" of original sweets using "Ginza honey" from Ginza, Tokyo will be held in Matsuya Ginza from May 19th. In addition to the stores, some are also available at the official online store.

At Matsuya, we keep honeybees in the Ginza building and support the "Ginza Honeybee Project" that uses the honey we collect. Plants that serve as a source of honey are cultivated in the rooftop vegetable garden, and original sweets using Ginza honey are being developed. In addition to the standard lineup, this fair will feature new products from brands that will open in Ginza Matsuya.
