Method
Melt butter softly at room temperature and mix lightly with a whisk.Add sugar and mix well. When the mixture is uniform, add the flour and tea leaves and mix with a spatula to blend.
When it comes together, roll it out into a stick, wrap it in plastic wrap and shape it into a ball.
Place in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes to chill and harden. Be careful not to chill the dough too long, or it will be hard to cut.
