Yamamotoyama "Matcha Terrine"

A confectionery that expresses the feelings of Kabei Yamamoto, the founder of Yamamotoyama in Edo and Nihonbashi in 1690, in a new way. Uji matcha is used, which is characterized by its rich umami and moderate bitterness.

Hand-picked matcha raw material "Tencha" is carefully drawn with a stone mill, and French Couverture chocolate and freshly squeezed fresh cream are combined so that you can fully feel the rich umami and slight bitterness. .. In addition to this, domestic yuzu minced meat and domestic lemon juice are accented so that the rich taste stands out. No flour is used, and each one is handmade by a pastry chef.

It is handled in a frozen state, and after about 1 hour of thawing, you can enjoy the smooth texture and rich taste that melts and spreads the moment you put it in your mouth. In addition, it is tailored so that you can enjoy the texture of rich matcha chocolate ice cream even when it is frozen.
