Black vinegar soy sauce cold noodles are a menu in which noodles and ingredients are prepared in separate plates. It is made so that you can enjoy it according to your taste, such as putting the ingredients on the noodles or eating it little by little in a separate plate.

There are 5 types of ingredients including ham, cucumber, brocade egg, pickled ginger, and wakame seaweed. It is said that the soup is gently, naturally and refreshingly finished with apple cider vinegar and black vinegar without using acidulants.

Japanese-style tsukemen is made from Japanese-style soup stock made from dried bonito, Soda-bushi, and dried sardines in a ratio of pork bone soup, chicken soup, and Hidakaya secret. At first, it's Japanese-style soup stock! It is devised so that you can feel the scent and then the umami.

As for the noodles, 1.5 balls of thick noodles and polyhydric noodles with a chewy texture produced at our own factory are used, and you can enjoy it with plenty of soup.
