VIE DE FRANCE's new bread for May has been announced on the official website. With the theme of "Japanese taste tour", sweet bread and side dish bread using ingredients from all over Japan are handled.

"Omusubi bread with rice flour" is a new type of side dish bread that uses rice flour-containing dough from Niigata prefecture. There are four types of ingredients, "Tuna Mayonnaise," "Katsuobushi," "Plum," and "Mentaiko."
