Two kinds of shirasu donburi with fragrant Ooba

The Kamaage Shirasu used for rice bowls is a product created by the 7th generation Shirasu Shirasu "Yamatoshi". Shirasu, which has just been landed off the coast of Kada, Wakayama Prefecture, is quickly washed with cold water and boiled in natural salt so as not to lose its freshness.

Pickled shirasu is made by "Kawakuni". Shonan raw shirasu caught in Sagami Bay is soaked in a special sauce while it is fresh, and the umami is trapped.

In addition, the large leaves are made to enhance the refreshing taste of shirasu. You can enjoy it by sprinkling seaweed from Ariake if you like.

This menu may not be available at some stores in the four prefectures where the state of emergency has been declared. For details, you are instructed to contact each store individually.
