Tsukiji Gindaco "Kujo Negiyaki"

The new "Kujo Negiyaki" will be released on April 30th at Tsukiji Gindaco's okonomiyaki store. The price is 594 yen per sheet (tax included, same below). One Kujo Negiyaki and takoyaki (4 sauces) costs 842 yen.

Introducing "Negiyaki" using "Kujo Negi", which is very popular as a topping for Tsukiji Gindaco Takoyaki. The dough used for "Kujo Negiyaki" is a special dough that uses a part of whole grain flour and is a blend of Yamaimo powder, dried bonito, dried sardines, mackerel, sardines, etc. It is fluffy baked with a mixture of cabbage, red ginger and tenkasu.

Also, by not using eggs, you can fully enjoy the flavor and texture of Kujo green onions. The sauce is a special sauce that is a blend of original soy sauce sauce and Marukin soy sauce, with Kujo green onions and lemon on top. If you squeeze the lemon on the way, you can enjoy it with a refreshing taste until the end.
