"Hokkaido Hidaka Kombu Dashi Soup Curry" is characterized by the style of eating rice in a smooth soup-like curry that originated in Sapporo. Based on Hidaka's root kelp soup stock, it is prepared in a Japanese style unique to Tonden. The sweet potatoes that are indispensable for the ingredients are sweet "Inca Awakening" from Hokkaido, and in addition to this, onions, eggplants, pumpkins, red paprika, okra, and plenty of 6 kinds of vegetables are included. "Tokachi octagonal green onion miso-yakizen" is a local dish of Hokkaido that uses "hakkaku", which is a rare fish with a cross section that looks just like an octagon. A warship roasted with miso on top. It is baked with Tonden's special miso sauce based on plenty of green onions and Saikyo miso.


The oily white meat and the sweet miso go very well together, and the rice has an unstoppable taste. A single item is also available.
