Hoshino Coffee Shop "Tappu Rich Pancake

Hoshino Coffee Shop will introduce "Tappu Rich Pancakes" as a limited-quantity menu item starting April 28.

Hoshino Coffee Shop is a chain of coffee shops featuring hand-drip coffee brewed one cup at a time, fluffy soufflé pancakes, and a relaxed atmosphere.

To commemorate the 10th anniversary, Hoshino Coffee Shop's soufflé pancakes were filled with whipped cream to create an Italian pastry called "Maritozzo. Condensed milk is added to the whipped cream to create a creamy flavor. This is a dish that can be enjoyed in the comfort of the restaurant with a cup of coffee.
