Toraya's sweets and tea recommended for the fresh green season have been announced on the official website. Seasonal yokan, water yokan, small yokan, and tea bags are introduced. All of them are said to be enjoyable during this season, which is also the season for new tea.

Seasonal yokan (medium size) "New tea drops"

Seasonal yokan (medium-sized) "Shincha no Shizuku" is characterized by a refreshing new tea flavor. New tea powder that is slightly coarsely ground is used for green yokan reminiscent of a tea plantation, and fine powder is used for amber that represents the sky.

It will be available at all stores from mid to late May. However, the end of sales may change.

Mizuyokan Matcha

"Mizuyokan Matcha" is a dish made from fragrant matcha and white bean paste. Since 2021, the amount of matcha has been increased, and it has been devised so that you can enjoy the flavor and color more. All stores will be available until the end of August. However, the end of sales may be around the same time.

Small yokan "fresh green"

The small yokan "Fresh Green" is a yokan with a gentle matcha scent. You can enjoy natural colors and pleasant bitterness. It will be sold at all stores throughout the year. Medium size and bamboo skin wrap size are also available.

Tea bag Kabusecha

"Tea bag Kabusecha" is a tea bag made from Uji tea, which has long been a famous tea. It features a mellow taste that combines the umami of gyokuro with the refreshingness of sencha. You can also enjoy it as cold tea. Some stores are not available.
