"Cold Sura Tanmen" has appeared as a limited-time menu at the Chinese ramen Yangshu merchant. A thick cup with spicy and sour taste.

"Cold noodles" version of "Surah Tanmen", which is the top menu in the number of orders. Handling started ahead of early summer. "Cold Tantan Noodles", which is a cold noodle version of "Tantan Noodles", which is the second most popular ramen in the past, has been popular among Chinese ramen Yangshu merchants, but this time it follows.

It features a balance of spiciness that tightens when cooled and acidity that wraps the richness. The sweetness of boiled pork and the refreshing sensation of cucumber are accented, and the thick soup is mellowly entwined with the ingredients and noodles, making it a smooth and easy-to-eat throat. Only the traditional Chinese thin noodles "Yanagi noodles" are supported, but the medium-thick noodles "Yoshu noodles" and the extra-thick noodles "Sword-cut noodles" are not supported.

Cold Sura Tanmen is available at all 37 stores in the Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama metropolitan areas. The selling price is 980 yen (tax included).
