Jericho is a coined word that combines "coffee jelly + coffee". This is Komeda's original dessert drink based on Komeda's original iced coffee, with coffee jelly prepared at the store.
"Jericho Matcha Milk" uses Uji Matcha from Tsuji Riichi's main store, which has a history of 160 years in Uji, Kyoto. Matcha milk is added to homemade coffee jelly and whipped cream is placed on it. Topped with strawberry sauce with flesh and matcha fiantine from the top, it looks colorful. The mellow sweetness of matcha milk and the bittersweet taste that spreads softly go well with homemade coffee jelly.
