"Shirunashi Tantanmen" will be on sale at all stores as a limited-time menu from Kairikiya. All stores will be available from April 16th to May 31st. In addition, it will be on sale at the food court store from April 16th to June 30th.

This is the first dish of Kairikiya known for Kyoto Kitashirakawa ramen, and it has been launched as a soupless tantanmen that is particular about the ingredients. The crisp and deep sesame seeds and the brightly extracted spicy and umami oil are entwined with the noodles, and each bite is made to stimulate your appetite.

In addition, medium-thick straight noodles specially developed for this menu are used, and you can enjoy the chewy texture with a high wheat aroma. In addition to this, the savory minced meat and the pungent sweetbread and fragrance of Hua Jiao are accented. Other nuts are peanuts, walnuts, cashew nuts, sesame and almonds.

Two sizes are available, "(medium)" and "(large)". The selling price of each is as follows. All notations include tax.
